Who can join the bwin.party partners Affiliate network and become an Affiliate?

Our affiliate network is open to almost anyone who wants to promote bwin.party's brands. However, we do not cooperate with anybody dealing with websites that contain pornographic or politically related content. The Partner shall guarantee that the material shown on the Partner Website does not infringe any rights of third parties (including copyright and trademark rights, the general right of personality or any other rights) and that the Partner Website does not promote violence, sexually explicit material or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, national origin, physical disability, political content, sexual orientation, or underage commercial material or any further illegal content.

No. There are no sign-up fees or charges for joining.

How do you handle VAT?

All taxes due in connection with any payments to you are your sole liability. You are responsible for complying with the rules, if any, for registering for and paying income tax and similar taxes in respect of your income from this agreement and for collecting and paying the income tax and social security contributions in respect of your staff, if you have any staff. If Value Added Tax (VAT) or any other sales tax or turnover tax is chargeable, you are responsible for complying with the rules, if any, for registering for the tax and collecting and paying tax in the country where the services are provided and you acknowledge that the payments that you receive shall be deemed to include all VAT or sales tax or turnover tax.

How do I know if my site is eligible to join the bwin.party partners network?

We reserve the right to refuse any site that contains objectionable material, including pornography, explicit language or content that infringes our or other third parties' intellectual property or supports violent or discriminatory groups.

Why are United States residents excluded for the definition of Real Money Players?

The Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006 prevents us from accepting U.S. consumer deposits for the purpose of betting or wagering. Since we will not able to generate any revenue from US players, we will not be able to pay out any revenue share or CPA payments for users coming from the US.

I don't have a website. Can I still become a bwin.party partners affiliate?

Yes. Even if you don't own a website, or are not internet savvy, you can still earn revenue by promoting our brands offline. Please contact us at support@bwinpartypartners.com to assist you further.

I would like to feature your brands on more than one website. Do I need to complete a separate application for each site?

No. You can include all of your website URLs when you register as a bwin.party partners affiliate. Later, if you would like to add a new URL, you can do so by creating additional Tracker IDs.

Banner

The commercial entity that gets paid the rewards for your activities as a bwin.party partners Affiliate.

Bonus Code

Bonus code facilitates in tracking players to your affiliate account. We track your referred players' activity via a bonus code that is linked to a Tracker ID. If a player enters your bonus code at the time of registration, bwin.party partners technology identifies your bonus code and the player gets automatically tracked to your affiliate account. This is the easiest and simplest way to promote especially if you are promoting via word-of-mouth.

Browser

A client program (software), such as Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari, that is used to look at various kinds of internet resources.

Cashier

The Cashier section shows how much you've earned and also you can cash out your payments in a convenient and simple manner. Commission amounts are directly transferred to the cashier account for payout.

Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)

Unique Clicks

A metric in Affiliate reportings, this value is the number of distinct users who have visited your Affiliate link. Unique clicks are typically tracked by recording the IP address and browser header.
